Hereford Voice Posted September 9 Report Share Posted September 9 Rezhin Gharib, 36, of Tudor Street in Liverpool, has been charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm. The charge is in relation to an incident at Best Trim Barbers on Belmont Road in Hereford on 17 August 2024.
