Hereford Voice Posted October 4 Report Share Posted October 4 A man has been arrested this afternoon (4 October) following a report of him carrying a bow and arrow at Herefordshire and Ludlow College, Folly Lane in Hereford. West Mercia Police Officers believe this to be an isolated incident, and officers will remain in the area to offer reassurance to students, staff and the community.
