Colin James
A 3 storey sheltered housing project in Belmont Avenue Hereford has been approved. The new homes are to be built in the little car park with garages near to the footpath into Asda. I assume the footpath will remain? West Mercia Housing Group applied to build a three-storey building with 10 one-bed flats, and three off road car parking spaces. Glenda Powell
Colin, unless the council changed their mind it was not a sheltered development.
Colin James
Colin, unless the council changed their mind it was not a sheltered development. This was approved at the beginning of the year, so I am not sure what has happened since because no building work has begun but Glenda have a look at the planning link, it clearly says 'Sheltered Accommodation' Proposal Erection of three storey sheltered accommodation block with associated parking and landscaping 'off site parking omitted'. Glenda Powell
You have all got the wrong plot of ground it is the old Hunderton school land that has been passed after one developer walked away and it has taken five years for another developer to come along and got their application passed. It is for housing and bungalows.
