Herefordshire Council Project to develop better support for vulnerable residents by working with GPs, parish councils and communities to develop Wellbeing Hubs in isolated rural areas." HC is one of 24 councils to receive part of this fund. Each council will receive between £60k and £90k - lets hope it is put to good use and not used to produce a report!! Quote
