LS86 Posted September 13, 2015 Report Posted September 13, 2015 I believe it is great to see people having the confidence and self belief to display their talents in the town centre whilst making it a more interesting place to visit. Providing it is lawful and not in anyone's way then I can't see the harm. People resulting to begging for what ever reasons of their own makes me sad to be a Human. Quote
Colin James Posted September 13, 2015 Report Posted September 13, 2015 Pan pipe players outside All Saints do tend to scatter the usual crowd..but it begs the question what IS the actual attraction to this particular area for this group of people?...shops? possibly some..for alcohol, legal highs or places to sell perhaps?. Any views/ideas It is the ideal vantage point for people to sell and know when the old bill are around...you can see every angle from here, High Town, Eign Gate, Broad St etc... Quote
