Access for Trevanent Court flats and Woodward Avenue residents only via Kilvert Road end. The road has been barricaded shut from the Oval end to deter any wouldbe sign movers but Pedestrian do have access through to the shops. Despite the clear signage folk are still attempting to shortcut! I've never seen anyone make a nine-point turn before.........
