Bovis Homes have submitted outline planning permission with all matters reserved (save access) for the erection of up to 185 residential dwellings (use class C3) with associated parking, access roads, public open space, landscaping, sustainable urban drainage, and associated works at land south of Leadon Way Ledbury.
