(Nothing to do with the 3 years he got for people smuggling - matter of public record and disclosed as part of police case for their review) Mr Dean Russel as he is now know was sentenced to a 12 month community order and 120hrs unpaid work and ordered to pay costs of approx £1500. 1 Quote
