Owner Maxii Mini Market Convicted for Selling Contraband

The owner of the Maxii Mini Market in Commercial Road Hereford has been convicted of selling 4 counts of contraband cigarettes.

Sentenced to a 12 month community order and 120hrs unpaid work. Costs approx £1500

The business is owned by a Kurdish man who has changed his name by deed poll as he felt persecuted as a Christian. (Nothing to do with the 3 years he got for people smuggling - matter of public record and disclosed as part of police case for their review)

Mr Dean Russel as he is now know was sentenced to a 12 month community order and 120hrs unpaid work and ordered to pay costs of approx £1500.

They should just close these shops down! Funny how it is always non European people who own these so called European shops, it is all a front for their illegal activities!
