In a time of doom and gloom on the High Street some positive movement on the two empty restaurants on the Old Market site.
Both Prezzo and Chimichenga units are under offer.

Wow, look at those rent and rates and service charges! How does anyone make a living in retail? £145k for the Chimi unit. Rates alone on the Burton/Dorothy Perkins unit £113k. Post Covid, there has to be a fundamental review of business rates surely.

And there should be an online sales tax and online retailers warehouses should be rated as retail

You would be surprised just how much some businesses take in a day.
One certain business on a retail park in Hereford takes over a million most months of the year.
