ragwert Posted February 20, 2021 Report Posted February 20, 2021 In a time of doom and gloom on the High Street some positive movement on the two empty restaurants on the Old Market site. Both Prezzo and Chimichenga units are under offer. https://www.realla.co.uk/details/13157948 Quote
twowheelsgood Posted February 20, 2021 Report Posted February 20, 2021 Wow, look at those rent and rates and service charges! How does anyone make a living in retail? £145k for the Chimi unit. Rates alone on the Burton/Dorothy Perkins unit £113k. Post Covid, there has to be a fundamental review of business rates surely. Quote
