megilleland Posted October 28, 2021 Report Posted October 28, 2021 I have been trying to book an appointment at the Surgery on the telephone since 08:00 this morning, but as of yet been unable to speak to a human being. You obviously are in a queue so you are asked to dial 5 for a ring back. The phone rings but no one answers at the other end. Has anyone else had this problem? I got my partner's daughter to ring from her home in Oxford at 08:30 today and she got straight through and has told me the surgery will call me back this morning. I hope so. Quote

Glenda Powell Posted October 31, 2021 Report Posted October 31, 2021 Martin I| have been having same problem for 18 months, when I eventually get thru I'm told I have to make an appointment to speak to amy doctor and it takes a fortnight. If your in paint send for an ambulance, the same for perscriptions you order it and it takes a week for delivery Quote
