I had a takeaway only last night, I do not think that qualifies me as being lazy though? I have just arrived back into the UK after a long week away working, so whats wrong with grabbing a takeaway? As it happens I had a rather nice hot Indian curry with some boiled rice, which apparently is actually good for you in moderation. So based upon your suggestion that people are to lazy too cook themselves, we may as well close all the restaurants down then?

I actually increased the brightness in Photoshop before I uploaded the images Martin, I will take another photo later in the week, but it is definately dark, trust me. I think they have built the house too close to these tree's and the front of the house are situated in there shadow if that makes sense.

This has been passed once and I think the application had just lapsed so I cannot see why it would not be passed again this time.

It looks like they have found the landlord as there is a new application...

I have just come back from the Oval and had another look at these houses and tree's, I stand by what I said originally and that is, they are going to be very dark inside, some of these tree's are almost touching these houses.

So getting back to the topic, these house are going to be very dark inside, so there lights will be on quite often I would imagine.

I can't help but notice that these new houses at the Oval are going to be very dark inside, they have built them very close to the road compared to where the old flats used to be and directly in front of them is a whole avenue of large trees, great planning.

How come some countries get away with some of the laws that we seem to have to impose? Or is this down to the choice of that country? For example, you cannot smoke in doors here in the UK (3 sided walls etc) however, I was recently in Poland and they have smoking and non smoking rooms in pubs. One club had a separate room (well ventilated) just for smokers, same in Greece. Roadworks is another, I appreciate that health and safety is way OTT in the UK, but surely a few signs stating roadworks ahead is sufficient? Here we have 4 miles of warnings together with about 4000 traffic cones then there are lights and warning all around the hole in the road lol makes me laugh as in most other EU countries there are a few signs with a bit of coloured tape around the hole in the road and it works fine. My partner is Polish and she can never understand how we have 2 separate taps in the bathroom, one which can scald you and the other is freezing cold, they have mixers, so how is our system safer? Many times she has moaned that she has almost burnt here hand. These are just a few..

It now appears that I may of also accidentally banned flamboyant? Why would I ban flamboyant? Good member, in fact I have not even banned anyone they only thing I have done in the last 24 hours is ban what I thought was 2 advertising bots, one was Dippy lol (mistake) so maybe I have banned flamboyant by mistake too? but none of these members were logged in at the time or it would of shown up. I have now removed the other ip that I banned ask flamboyant to try now. How embarrassing lol
