  1. Viking!! I love that description. The man clearly needs investigating! By the police and the RSPCA. I wonder how how treats his cattle? In my experience people do not change, if he can be this cruel to dogs then it would not take much to vent that same inner frustration out on any other animal. Anyone who can hurt any animal needs hurting too!
  2. Who Will You Be Voting For?
  3. I have just been alerted to this Facebook Topic, it names Conservative Cllr. David Greenhow as the suspect in this bizarre act of animal cruelty, which now appears to possibly be a criminal investigation, see what you think:
  4. This is the 3rd block of flats currently being demolished as part of the Oval Regeneration. (The flats in Beattie Ave were the first here and then the 2nd block to come down were in Belmont Road here)
  5. I took this photograph today, I just couldn't resist!! ha ha
  6. Scoot is up the scoot at the moment check the HT they have an article on it.
  7. I looked at this last time Bob and could not see any real reason for objecting. You can find the original discussion here. The original application was back in 2012. The traffic using it will either be existing Asda customers or traffic passing, so I do not think there will be any additional traffic because there happens to be a new garage on site. I think there were only a couple of objections but this land was originally going to be used for housing/flats anyway. Will this still be unmanned or manned?
  8. That is so kind!! I might just take you up on your offer later today, thank you :)
  9. Your welcome, Hereford Voice became a friend today too. You can find a tutorial on how to post and add images/files that I created HERE and I created another tutorial showing how to link to other websites and you can find that tutorial HERE
  10. Some have already got sensors but not all Jean but yes, that would make sense.
  11. I think what David is saying is that there is no limit to any distance of a polling station as to where stakeboards can be placed (as long as permission from the land owners is given) but they have to be removed BEFOE polling day.
  12. Morning Keith, they probably think that's okay! ha ha But I am sure GVP is on the case
  13. No fear of that in Hereford Jim eh! I was working well just finished. (security)
  14. I was sat on a red light at 2.20am this morning not another car around, turn the bloody lights off at night!
  15. Good morning David and a warm welcome to HV. Thank you for the clarification, I was misinformed by the sound of things but a debate worth a brief discussion at least. Good luck in your campaign and for the up and coming elections. The more councillors and candidates we have talking, the better, so I hope to see you online regular.
  16. Good morning dippy, I think he actually put the sign up at the Oval, unless I have been misinformed. Okay, lets get back to Lucy Hurds and this debate.
  17. Yes, I totally agree greenknight. People will soon start complaining when the shops start to close through lack of support. The OLM is here now so we need to make the most of it and as you have correctly pointed out, I have never seen Widemarsh St so busy, especially at the weekends.
  18. Cllr. Phil Edwards from my understanding, I fail to see how he got permission to put a sign on the Oval Toilets from this topic because the Council have been trying to trace the owner for some time. So this needs checking perhaps...
  19. Can someone clarify what the rules say about this?
  20. I was under the impression that candidates have rules to abide by when campaigning and from my understanding one of those strict rules is that you cannot put up your signage within a certain distance of a Polling Station, well, I think this sign of Lucy Hurds is pretty close don't you think?
  21. Can you qualify that statement? I think you are wrong to be fair.
  22. To be fair I think the OLM is good, it could be better by having a bigger choice of stores and maybe a roof! An ATM machine would also be useful, but I have to be honest I think its lifted the city, for me Hereford was dying with bugger all here, at least now we have a bit more choice.
