On the same open space in July 2009 they cut the trees down to stumps even though we had requested they remove them altogether, now it looks worse than ever! This is how the completed work looked in July 2009 They never came back as promised and subsequently this is how it looked in July 2011. See this topic: 'This is what happens when requests are ignored' We are now in June 2014 and this is how it looks today, what a complete mess and now it will take double the effort to get it back to how it was less than 5 years ago.

Less than 3 years ago Amey contractors cleared the open space in Belmont this is how it looked back then. This is how it looks today

I took this photos yesterday evening, the warning sign is very low and only held with a few staples so that will soon disappear. The Algae is clearly visible and right up to the waters edge as you can see from these images:

Fraudulent banks, utility companies and corrupt courts

I think he owned the Herdsman in Widemarsh St and the Sportsman pub that was demolished a few years ago on Widemarsh common. -
Petition: Reverse Decision To Reduce Grass Cutting
Colin James replied to Colin James's topic in Hereford Voice Projects
It is not getting any better, I drove past a school warning sign today and you could hardly see it because of the grass, so will it take for an accident to happen before Herefordshire Council act? Have a look at these examples, we have gone from a bad: to worse!- 427 replies

How Much! Herefordshire Council Offices Plough Lane
Colin James replied to Colin James's topic in Broomy Hill & Breinton
It's my fault I hit archive when I updated the database about a month ago, so some of the old posts got archived, which locks the topic, I managed to unarchive 99% but a few posts are now missing. I am on holiday in Corfu at the moment but I will try and sort it when I get back guys, apologise for any inconvenience 😎 -
Petition: Reverse Decision To Reduce Grass Cutting
Colin James replied to Colin James's topic in Hereford Voice Projects
Getting back to the grass issue, 'Community Service' comes to mind too, so when the local magistrate gives a criminal a 'Community Service' order, could they not cut the grass as part of their CS?- 427 replies

I was quite shocked to read the cost for refurbishing the Council offices in Plough Lane Hereford, yet due to cut backs the grass cuts have been reduced and the city looks a mess! Have a little read through this information which was obtained by one of our members through the freedom of information act. I have also added this information in the grass petition topic. Petition: Reverse Decision To Reduce Grass Cutting
Colin James replied to Colin James's topic in Hereford Voice Projects
Thank you CVP and Cllr. Bob Preece for the update on your meeting, this is appreciated. Did you mention we have over 1800 signatures on the petition so far? Well this is all smoke and mirrors in my opinion, yet Herefordshire Council are spending a fortune on their offices in Plough Lane, so much for cuts eh... I had this informations sent to me today obtained under the freedom of information act, have a look yourselves and see where you think our money is being spent, I have attached the file underneath the quote: FOI IAT 7423 LA Prov 29.05. 14.doc- 427 replies

I cannot see why the Council do not go back to using their own in house staff for maintaining the grass, verges and hedges like they used to do before someone had the great idea to use contractors.- 427 replies

I already said the very same thing in a tweet this morning. Horse bolt... Old Market Hereford â€@OldMarketHere May 22 Hi @Kev1nBray, we’re currently looking into where cash machines can be installed @OldMarketHere. We'll update here when possible. Thanks Hereford Voice â€@HerefordVoice 16h @OldMarketHere @Kev1nBray Surely this should been done BEFORE OLM opened? I suggest near the lifts by Waitrose, I trust these will be FREE? We saw this Robot when we were there today, it was quite good actually, he was popular with the little kiddies. Great for shopping centres and events. I wonder what that costs to hire? -

Colin James replied to Colin James's topic in Belmont
How much money did this footpath cost in the end? This is how it looks today, a little overgrown you could say...
