  1. Agree with you. Mr James originally requested yellow boxes back 3 years ago, so t has taken this long to get anything done, which in my opinion is unexceptable. I appreciate that Cllr Powell has had discussions with the contractors, but 3 years!! Mr James has also pointed out various other signs around the city which are bigger than the new ones, but has been given excuses that these were already in place and were not Amey's doing, so it seems to me that there is no consistency or not when it suits anyway. ????? You must be on the same planet as another local Cllr who made the same comments, IT IS NOT WORKING WELL! SEE PICTURES.
  2. Green signs are more appealing to the eye. Hate the cheap looking ones
  3. Thank you for the update Colin.
  4. To be fair, it is not rocket science, anyone with half a brain can clearly see that the work they have done renders pretty useless, come on! A KEEP CLEAR sign is making a command/statement and this hardly does that does it? lets hope this is rectified asap. I would suggest that they over paint the signs and re paint newer march larger and central to the road signs, going from the juctions to the edge of the roundabout.
  5. The title of this posting say's it all
  6. I just picked up my Hereford Times, I thought this was quite a good right up to be fair. Well done
  7. Be interesting to see what the parish council's thoughts are or their guidelines on this subject, no comment as yet I notice.
  8. What a good idea, I will sign up
  9. Yes no pictures or filming at the Hereford Pool. This is the do gooder brigade gone mad, what is the matter with the World?
  10. I rarely comment but I do agree entirely with your statement, this is not an information only website it is a forum for discussion, sometimes that may involve heated debates, but in my experience that's is somethimes the only way to get things sorted out. I love the site and if the local councillors can't be bothered to inform us correctly and support us then why should we in turn support them next year at the elections? Unprofessional I think. I am assuming that your comments refer to another local website and their latest attempt at trying to encourage back lost members with this statement; The part that I have highlighted speaks volumes, hence, why I will be using this site as oppose to the alternative edited version.
  11. Yes this could work, the whole Belmont road saga is a real nightmare, so any suggestion has to be a good one.
  12. No way would I walk along there either.
