    I am not sure that was called for Glenda, I am gobsmacked at what you have said. I voted IOC only because I do not live in Newton Farm otherwise you would of had my vote.

    Thank you Glenda, you have done a brilliant job, personally Phil Edwards could of stood elsewhere but chose to stand against you, I believe this was more about trying to boost his ego even more and make a point, the only point made here sadly was that the independents have taken 1 step forward but 2 steps back! Look at the smug look on his face in the photo from the HT, speaks volumes!

    Well done to all who won in their wards. I have been in the leisure centre for several hours and noticed Cllr. Edwards had a smug look upon his face and said tell everyone on HV I won when he was on the mic, which I thought was rather immature, he is not that clever, he actually stood against one of his own Independents, so the party have gained nothing but lost another very good councillor well done Mr Edwards clever politics NOT. I'm sure he was just trying to make some type of point.

    While I understand and appreciate that there is an election coming up and each candidate has a budget with which they can use for their own campaigns, surely this is private property (I believe was purchased by Mr Cheung some years ago) so Cllr. Edwards has no right to advertise himself here without permission? Which I know for sure he will not have because the council have been trying to locate the Chinese owner for sometime.

    Good to see that you also support this idea Adrian, a feasibility study is a must. The support for this has been overwhelming if you read the comments on both HV and the HV Facebook Page. Its good to see you back on the forum too.

    Its really great to see all your Councillors behind this idea, this is one of the most positive topics for a long time. Good idea Cllr Chappell, I like the exhibition thought. Thank you for adding even more photographs of the route today Colin, you must of walked a few miles in total, think of all that exercise you have done, all for a great cause too.

    Thank you for all the good photographs Colin it gives us almost a complete journey from end to end. I cannot see any of this being a problem. The distance from the top of newton farm to the train station is only a couple of miles so shorter than I expected.

    Some of these are solar powered too which is an even bigger incentive to pursue this idea.

    An absolute no brainer for me either and one of the best campaign ideas since the traffic lights. I will tweet this and add it to my Facebook page, nice fresh positive idea.

    I see Colin is taking a load of abuse on Phil Smart fb page from one of his friends, I do not see smartieno1 defeding Colin, (not that he needs defending) and this is from a non member who obviosly would not of been able to read the thread, no need for that sort of abuse, which was exactly the theme of smartieno1's topic, ironic.

    This was a specialist type store in the former toilets, so possibly a very limited market and during difficult times. Shame that another shop has been added to the long list of closed shops in Hereford.

    I don't think I would pay them either, I might be tempted to send a shitty letter to Sainsbury HO though with a copy of the receipt, telling them that you are now going to shop at Tesco :Cha ching:
