I am somewhat surprised he dare wear these robes when he said it was all a waste of time a while back...but don't take my word for it, read what they have written in the Hereford Times in response to Mr Edwards letter to the paper, its quiet amusing, like taking a lamb to the slaughter Read the comments in the Hereford Times -
That will probably not happen and the last time that it did a judge only allowed an equivalent parking amount to be charged (£4) not the £60-£90 that they think they can charge then they add on all the interest in an attempt to scare people. (bully boy tactics)
-
Not the point here buddy, it's more about the companies involved and their tactics plus the amount that they think they can charge you, and the fact that they are speculative invoices as opposed to parking tickets, which is what they dress them up to look like and most people pay. Private Eye Parking for example, charged my sister and her husband £90 for being in Wickes car park for over 2 hours but they were actually in their store buying a kitchen, it took ages to get it thru to the parking scammers and several letters from the store manger before they stopped pestering them.

Great Western Way - Do You Feel Safe Along Here?
Bill Thomas replied to Colin James's topic in Police & Crime
How long ago were people requesting these? JOKE! It's no wonder members of the public are being attacked and no longer feel safe along here. I have re-tweeted this topic.- 19 replies

Regardless of if they knew the brook was there or not, its disgusting for them to throw anything away like that, do that not use bins like anyone else or even take their rubbish away with them. Should be reported!

There is always someone Bobby in the wings trying to trip someone else up, not quite sure what she is supposed to of said or done, but she has upset someone with nothing better to do than moan I am sure. I bet its nothing serious at the end of the day, certainly not worth worrying about. Councillor Powell has her heart in the right place to be fair to her.

Amey just use strimmer's, no lawn mowers these days anything to get a quick job done Chris and yes I think it looks nothing like how it used to look. Have a look at the mess they made here

Hi Craig and welcome to the site. I tend to agree with Colin's theory about the yellow box, it is not limited to preventing traffic entering from the Ross Road it is there for a reason and that also includes traffic entering from the city (to keep traffic flowing), especially as there is a set of pedestrian lights right there, they would NOT want traffic from the city entering that box as this would then prevent traffic from the Ross Road be able to move around the junction. I also think there is a small amount of 'hang on, whats happening here' as under normal circumstances you would normally stop at that point so while they are slowing down some people may actually stop, anticipating the lights changing in front of them and being aware of not entering the yellow box at the same time but then the traffic from the Ross Road are just taking advantage and continue driving. This is not a roundabout yet it is a weird junction with lights that are out of order, if it was turned back into a proper roundabout I think it would then be treated as one in fairness.

Useful thank you

ha ha great shot

I completely agree bobby if they use the old fashioned method they will catch them. I wonder if anyone has any camera's up in the area? This is really bad, especially the fact that they are damaging peoples homes now too.

Happy new year Bobby. Total madness and a total waste of Amey's time that they will need to spend cleaning this mess up.

This is both sides of the gates leading onto the Bishops Meadow (Hinton Road). I noticed it this afternoon, again, this looks like same writing to me as the others.
