  1. It look like some has jumped on the Greyfriars Bridge bandwagon Colin
  2. I read the same post on Facebook and responded to (Andrew Wood but I notice today he has removed me as a friend) it but Colin James mentioned this back in the pothole thread in 2013 http://www.herefordvoice.co.uk/topic/988-go-careful-pot-holes/?hl=%2Bpot+%2Bholes
  3. This looks smart
  4. And of course everything you say MUST be correct I guess... Adrian, it is no good moaning all the time, some people on here have done a lot of research into various idea's, some of which are very good. I am also in favour of a tram along the GWW but I also like your idea of electric buses, all good idea's, so instead of poo pooing them how about getting behind the idea's because until people like you do nothing will ever happen! Or come up with a suggestion of your own.
  5. What a great idea, well done. I have entered :)
  6. The Wye pub at lower bullingham used to offer a good carvery, not been there for a while but may be worth a try.
  7. The Barrels in St Owen St always has a good atmosphere too
  8. This sounds like a good investment ha ha thanks you for the nice words
  9. Thank you for the phone call with this wonderful news. To say I am overwhelmed would be an understatement, I have never won anything so this has made my day, thank you and well done to all the other entries which were all equally as good in my opinion.
  10. Excellent work, credit where credit is due, this is money well spent.
  11. I cannot believe that the introduction of parking meters in selected streets in Hereford have effected traders to this extent to be honest, I parked in Broad St today for an hour for a quid, in the past I could only park here for 30 mins so this is ideal for me, I got my haircut, nipped into M&S and went to the bank. I have seen a photograph on social media showing Church St looking dead quiet but it looks suspiciously like it was taken at night to me, when the shops are all closed.
  12. This is frustrating but good on Hereford Voice for highlighting this, lets hope the Hereford Times pick up on this too.
  13. What is this guys excuse for riding on the pavement? No traffic here
  14. Works for me too :)
  15. I personally like the Old Market but in my opinion in should of all been under cover. This extension could be good.
  16. I was chatting with a friend this morning and he was telling me that his daughter had a to fork out for £300 worth or damaged to her car this week, caused by a cyclists. Apparently the cyclist just rode into the side of her car as she was just about to get into the car after her lunch break, he actually fell off his bike, said sorry and rode off. Lots of damage to both the back door and rear panel. These cyclists should be insured it is unfair that people liken my friends daughter have to pay hundreds of pounds fro damaged caused by a cyclist.
  17. It has only taken 3 years...
  18. I replied on the HV Facebook page with my comments: It is good to see that if planning is passed that the old building is finally being used again however, how long will it be before the NEW residents of these flats start complaining about the noise from pubs and clubs!
  19. That would educate some. Here is a couple of cyclists I spotted earlier today
  20. I am hoping to be able to join you all again on the excellent project, thank you for the update
  21. I enjoyed the day. Well done to Colin for helping organise this event and to all those people involved, this was community spirit at its best, it was good to meet some nice people.
  22. Must have been the same drinkers I saw there over the weekend..
  23. Video call while riding on the main road, unbelievable!! But had he of been knocked over the motorists would have got the blame no doubt
