North Devon Journal - October 14, 2015 So this scheme is not for the ordinary motorist, they will be just inconvenienced by other peoples vehicles - appears a bit discriminatory. Next it will a motorists passport for sale allowing parking anywhere - even in yellow junction boxes. Can't see any local authority members taking advantage of this scheme - can you? A video has emerged showing a man being wrestled out of a south west council meeting for apparently asking local councillors a question. This definitely isn't good for local democracy! This is happening more regularly. Maybe it should be the councillors being manhandled out of office?

Herefordshire Heritage at Risk 2015 What is the Heritage at Risk Programme? The Heritage at Risk Programme (HAR) helps us understand the overall state of England's historic sites. Launched in 2008, the programme identifies those sites that are most at risk of being lost as a result of neglect, decay or inappropriate development. Every year Historic England updates the Heritage at Risk Register. The end result is a dynamic picture of the sites most at risk and most in need of safeguarding for the future. The important process of checking the condition of our heritage goes back more than two decades to the birth of the Buildings at Risk survey. The method has since been widened to include other types of historic places (heritage assets). The Register now includes: Buildings and structures Places of worship Archaeological sites Conservation areas Registered parks and gardens Registered battlefields You can find out what's at risk by searching the Heritage at Risk Register. The search returned 72 results for Herefordshire with the following at risk in the City and its environs. Ring ditches and rectilinear enclosures east of Tupsley, Hampton Bishop - Herefordshire, County of (UA) Site of Rotherwas House, earthwork remains of formal gardens, and Rotherwas Chapel, Dinedor - Herefordshire, County of (UA) Belmont House, Clehonger - Herefordshire, County of (UA) Church of St Peter, St Peter's Square, Hereford - Herefordshire, County of (UA) Row Ditch (entrenchment), Hereford - Herefordshire, County of (UA) Hereford city walls, Hereford - Herefordshire, County of (UA) Widemarsh Common, Hereford - Herefordshire, County of (UA)

Fraudulent banks, utility companies and corrupt courts

Following on from Money Talks and alternative banking systems (post 225), I have come across this informative booklet: What exactly is Austerity? Answer, it’s just a huge and completely provable LIE! Justin Walker British Constitution Group / UK Column "The existence of the now provably false 'deficit', the appalling 'bedroom tax', food-banks, families under enormous financial stress and the overhanging fear of further severe financial cutbacks to essential services such as the NHS, are all a dreadful reality because we, the British people, have surrendered to the criminals our absolute sovereign right to issue and control our own debtfree and interest-free money. This is a completely provable fact and we must all now take peaceful but determined action to expose and collapse this global criminal banking and financial system that is creating so much misery and poverty in the world and which is based in the City of London." -
Herewith Roger a new pic as requested. I think you would call this a still life, it hasn't moved since 3rd August 2015 and the authorities tell us they carry out numerous inspections - I don't believe them. I wait to see this pile decorated with christmas lights to brighten up this bighted area. Also I have just swept up the grass behind Muir Close garages, which Balfour Beatty cut a month ago, and left in heaps for the local kids to pick up and chuck all over the garage roofs and footpaths. Like Great Western Way the grass had turned the footpath behind the garages into a slippery surface and someone could have slipped and injured themselves, but nobody seems to care or do anything about it.

I see the litter is creeping back on GWW. The problem now are the leaves. The council used to sweep the GWW with a road sweeper to clear the path and pick up broken glass pieces, but I have yet to see one this year. The leaves have turned the GWW into a slushy surface and today I helped one woman cyclist who fell off her bike when she ran off the edge of the GWW because she couldn't see the edge. Another dangerous section is the S bend under Barton Road Bridge which if you remember caused flooding because the drains were blocked. If nothing is done I can see more people coming off their bikes.

Fraudulent banks, utility companies and corrupt courts

Are we living in a real world? "If the machine of government is of such a nature that it requires you to be the agent of injustice to another, then, I say, break the law". Henry David Thoreau Thoreau is best known for his book Walden, a reflection upon simple living in natural surroundings, and his essay Resistance to Civil Government (also known as Civil Disobedience), an argument for disobedience to an unjust state. -

Catch 22. Court documents not prepared or properly served. Therefore police are assisting bailiffs to carry out illegal functions - in other words aiding and abetting a criminal offence. I hear Mr Corbyn has contacted Guy Taylor to become Home Secretary! He can't do worse than Mrs May can he? -

Do not agree Glenda. Until the council get the current Traffic Regulation Order amended, which would be a negative move cyclists can ride through High Town after 4.30pm till 10.30am the next day. The police have the power to issue fixed penalty tickets to those cyclists who are cycling recklessly or stupidly through High Town outside these hours, banning everyone at all times is not the answer. The rotating boards at the entrances to High Town are displaying inaccurate and misleading information for cyclists - this needs to be corrected immediately.

Note that the refrigerator at Sherborn Close (See post 90 - 3rd August 2015) is still there. Coming up for 6 weeks now. Also the flytipping is occuring again behind the electricity sub station. Is there no regular inspection by Herefordshire Housing?

Noted that a person commenting in the press has pointed out that Maggie Thatcher didn't always sing along with the National Anthem. Confirm this by watching this video.

Quite right Roger, but do not forget the few in power over the years who have and are still handing control of our country to the European and international plutocrats. EU membership has led to deep constitutional changes in the UK. According to Philip Johnston it would be wrong to say that we have been robbed of our sovereignty - our government has been an accomplice all the way. That Corbyn is making a stand against pointless wars, poverty and selfish greed, gives hope there could be a better and worthwhile society in the future. Regarding his dress - don't judge a book by its cover (you shouldn't prejudge the worth or value of something, by its outward appearance alone).

Totally agree with you - too many career suits from Oxbridge who see their meal tickets disappearing very quickly. All this stems from a ruling which came about because of an ongoing legal case involving a Spanish company called Tyco, which installs security systems and its closure of regional offices. EU Working Time Directive Maximum weekly working hours from gov.uk Exceptions (I like the one in bold below. Nice to keep the upstairs/downstairs tradition alive, no doubt for people to rich to look after themselves) You may have to work more than 48 hours a week on average if you work in a job: * where 24-hour staffing is required * in the armed forces, emergency services or police * in security and surveillance * as a domestic servant in a private household * as a seafarer, sea-fisherman or worker on vessels on inland waterways * where working time is not measured and you’re in control, eg you’re a managing executive with control over your decisions
