  3. 7th December 2014: The Mail on Sunday I can see bobby47 having his emails scrutinised. Does this incude mendacious posters on this website. I can imagine GCHQ passing this information onto the government, who will in turn sell it to local councils and then onto to private companies.
  4. This needs to be a local election issue. Lights out or lights on - let us know councillors where you are on this.
  5. Yes they do appear to be a law unto themselves, this is why Magna Carta is important for us all. The present government's aim to give us a written constitution is a smoke screen to remove simple basic rights enshrined in Magna Carta, but rarely invoked to protect us citizens. Who is judging the judges? We know a lot more about judicial complaints than we used to, but it remains the case that judges themselves judge judges Transcript: Judge criticises prosecutors over disclosure of evidence This is the transcript of the judge's comments in one of the three cases in which the Crown Prosecution Service has been accused of withholding evidence Disciplinary statements You can complain to the JCIO about the personal conduct of most judicial office holders in England & Wales with the exception of Tribunal Judges / Members and Magistrates. Complaints about Tribunal Judges must be made to the relevant Chamber President whilst complaints about Magistrates must be made to the Local Advisory Committee.http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk/who-can-complain-about.htm

  9. Friday 5 December 2014: Hereford Times News by Bill Tanner A step in the right direction?
  10. I was in the magistrates court on Tuesday to see Judge Cadbury clearly uptight and frustrated by Guy Taylor's stance regarding Bodenham Manor. I believe the previous judge, who asked the CPS to provide the evidence against him, has prevented Guy Taylor from seeing this evidence (because it does not exist) and therefore Guy is going to summon this judge to explain his reasons for witholding evidence. It is clear that the CPS and court are colluding to prevent this matter being made transparent and are prolonging the proceedings hoping that he will go away. I am afraid they are in for a shock. I noted that an ex policeman, John Hurst was assisting Guy Taylor. This chap is a mine of legal information especially regarding abuse of power, which so many of those entrusted to act on our behalf seem to have forgotten. There is an interview by Guy Taylor (a bit shaky) on UK Column which brings things up to date. Starts at 2:30.
  11. Isn't that what the council does - goes round in circles? Must be a local characteristic.
  12. 5th December in Hereford Times News Your life in their hands. No wonder people are getting fed up with these transformed individuals who think they are here to control our existence. The council is about as sensitive as a two inch plank - it is they that need to get a life and some understanding and stop ticking the boxes.

  18. I see Boris Johnston wants to control the CPS and court system in London. A case of being judge and jury in my opinion Watched the UK Column today (1st December). A very good programme highlighting the state of things in the UK and the population sleep walking into oblivion. Topics covered include The Big Society and Common Purpose, Loss of our constitution, The transformation of local councils, The £15 billion improvement of the UK road network and eventual sale to private sector/Rothschild to levy tolls. Nice to find out what is really going on while the BBC and main stream media avoid and side step issues.

  25. I called Herefordshire Housing again and was told that they were not responsible and that I should contact the Council again. I did this and they said they would look into it again. Following the black bag collection this Tuesday and my passing through the area later that afternoon, the area had been thoroughly cleaned up. Not sure who tidied this mess up, but well done. However 7 black bags have been put out today (Thursday) for collection on Tuesday next week (2nd December) so no change of tenants habits, even though they have been written to about putting their bags out too early. The major problem is still unresolved in that a big bin is necessary to contain the black bag waste. Litter Abatement Orders, enabling private prosecutions to be brought against authorities that have a duty to keep the streets and public places tidy, are fully explained here by the CPRE. Section 89 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (EPA 1990) places a legal responsibility (a ‘duty’) on certain organisations to ensure that land, as far as is practicable, is kept clear of litter. Section 91 of the EPA 1990 goes on to state that a person who is fed up with a long-standing litter problem can use a Litter Abatement Order against those organisations listed under Section 89 (the ‘duty bodies’) if they are failing in their duty to keep that land clean. In Clean Highways with reference to kerbside collection of domestic waste: * It is illegal to place bags of rubbish outside your property boundary * It is also illegal for councils to permit residents to do so * All waste containing food should be kept in a vermin proof receptacle until it it removed by the dustman Under Section 33 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 it is an offence to deposit any waste on land without an environmental or permit or allow it to be so deposited (S33 1 (a)). However (S33 2) says that this does not apply to household waste from a domestic property which is kept within the curtilage of the property. This why the council want you to put the bags in a bin and any overflow on the pavement is flytipping, but it isn't working.
