  3. Seems to be proposed building in the garden of this house on the corner which was for sale last year. Image dated August 2015. View here is from Hunderton Avenue.
  4. Over 3 months since the traffic order was passed. No lines painted.
  5. The Official update could have diffused the inevitable nose bleed comparisons .... Obviously the 'pay grade' paid to the press release person responsible wasn't high enough .....
  6. House Garages in HR1 that were built in the 50's were never big enough as parking areas. So one's built today are just pointless add on's to properties. They are not going to be bigger are they? [garages] I knocked my pointless garage thru and moved the space into the house ....
  7. How big are the front gardens/pavements on these 3/4 bed properties? Have any got room to build an extension down the line?
  8. I don't think that it's an accident that there's good parking at The Hive in Worcester .... And it's next to The University Campus ....
  9. I don't think that area is on google street view yet but I think Green Wilding Rd is nearby and that looks very narrow for a residential area. In any event 100% of replies saying visitor parking is insufficient means that it must be!

  11. I'm sure the HT write up doesn't do the incident full justice but on the face of it the episode just seems to have been a shambles. I think playing it out at the Courthouse is not really going to end up benefiting anyone in the cold light of day ...
  12. Different Church. It's wedged between The Wash House appliance shop and the Union Walk toilets. I drove past on a Sunday morning a couple of months ago and some fella was out front strumming on a guitar and singing a religious song ...
  13. Parking is not brilliant at and near that building .... I wouldn't throw a shed load of money at that building because of it's current condition and lack of parking.
  14. He won't be answering this week ... There's no PMQ's ... The House has gone on holiday ... I dunno how Labour expect us to trust them with running the Country when they don't even know the holiday dates for Parliament!
  15. Not wanting to pre-judge the reasons behind this dreadful crash but the driver was a woman in her 80's ... Schoolgirls rushed to hospital after out-of-control car ploughs into pupils outside Toxteth school Schoolgirls were seriously hurt after an out-of-control car ploughed into pupils outside a Toxteth school. The driver of a Peugeot, a woman in her 80s, was being treated by paramedics. Liverpool Echo
  16. David Cameron fighting for EU deal after new eastern European revolt Any more than a watered-down four-year “emergency brake†on benefits is looking fragile after the Visegrad grouping is refusing to agree any more concessions Telegraph
  17. Factually incorrect statement by the Councillor as they have already factored in an extra 5 1/2 month delay until the end of July ... Too little too late ...
  18. I actually agree with that. Not a velodrome which needs money to participate in as a competitor. But more mainstream.
  19. The article keeps referring to 'the drone' .... as in the singular .... I thought it was a windy week to start testing drones recently .... I think it's obviously the current 'pet' project .... I doubt that if you ring up 101 saying yer shed has been raided overnight you will suddenly see a drone appear overhead! That's if you can get through !!
  20. How will additional testing stop them 'having a laugh' with their dodgy parking/dodgy 'U' turns/illegal ranking ?
