It turned out to be David Keyte (Chairman) who was broadcast. He was very interesting to be fair. But sounded defeated. He said a lot about Simon Davey (£1.2M budget), Jamie Pitman, said the Police would have a 'field day' looking at the tweets on his ipad, and had a swipe at the Contributors to Bulls Banter (fan forum) who he suggested were not regular match goers. Also said budget for next season was potentially £250 K ...

They are better. There's about 10 small one's plus there's belt's for a larger shop. You got four at Morrison's with a bagging area as big as a postage stamp. Not good.

Where do you think the CCTV extends to Colin? ... On a serious note there is a Council Public Protection Unit I think .... What are they doing? What are they focusing on? I hope it's not on people dropping a stray *** end when the problem is something like that minging mattress ! ^^^ My post also got auto censored for using the term #f*g ... ludicrous! ;-)

Threat of £85 bill for infringing the parking which has been farmed out to Parking Eye who attract a fair amount of internet moans. Latest Advice from the MoneySavingExpert website ... If I get a ticket I will be straight down to the shop to moan at the Duty Manager ... on the basis that I put quite a considerable amount of money through their tills ...

Morrisons posted a profit warning recently ... Robert Peston (BBC) on the subject So why are they trying to aggravate customers by having a TalkTalk hit squad hovering as you leave? I let it go last night as these salesmen have to earn a living somewhere ... but I got grabbed again tonight by the same guys who had forgotten we had a conversation last night which had ended with me saying I was not remotely interested in their product. I was also in a bad mood as the offer product I went in for was bare on the shelf. Also the car park now has so many rules that it puts you off going there. Machines that need you to type in your car registration number for instance. That loses my interest straight away! Plus ANPR cameras. And I've not even started on the till situation!

Saving The Working Boys Home *UPDATE*
Roger replied to dippyhippy's topic in Hereford Voice Projects
That area is not under a Council camera. So out of sight and out of mind? Sitting on the graves of the dead may not be an offence but it is dreadful behaviour. It's been going on for years there and so is hardly a secret. If I was you I would send a Publicly visible moan to a supervisor of the local Police team for that area. Twitter is always good for that. -
Yellow lines mean disabled parking for three hours ... It does not mean 'No Parking' ...

I don't know the in's and outs of the myriad of traffic orders but the one way system starts at the bus station exit ... It's on google street view ...

Massive pothole at the entrance to the Bath St. offices ... but as they are moving out it's been left ... Not on the road ... Just as you enter ...

I'd dispute the lifespan of a window Glenda ... But I agree that there is no salvage value, or use, for a Beattie Ave window frame/pane ...

CPS guidance If Mr. Eager was my Councillor I would hope that he would take a more constructive approach to his opposition other than to encourage people to wreck the place. Boycotting the car parks and clogging up the streets seems a reasonable idea from Councillor Jupp. This is exactly what's happened outside Hereford Leisure Centre! I know it's a short term solution to save yerself some cash as yellow lines will then get painted (as it happening on Aylestone Hill) but these things take time to meander through the system.

Rather pointless now you mention it ...

This is a pet subject for Jesse Norman MP. He raised it on 27th March 2012 when he said: 'In the past 18 months, some 360,000 cigarettes have been seized in Herefordshire alone.' ~ which averages out at 20,000 seizures a month up to March 2012. The last 12 months averages out at 15,750 per month so either the trade is decreasing, there are not as many raids, or the shops are getting a little more cute ... link below for his 2012 contribution: Westminster Hall debate on illegal alcohol and tobacco sales, 27 March 2012

I was at The County Offices on Bath Street today. Two GB Liners removal trucks were there to move out the Council stuff. I think they have to take it to the new office 50 yards away ~ the old job centre opposite the John Haider building ...

The dog waste bins behind my house in Churchill Gardens get emptied at least once, if not twice, a day. So I agree totally with your comment about there being a pecking order or 'pile' as you put it ~ with regards to rubbish collection. It's rather like the grass cutting. Some areas are like a bowling green most of the time as they are top of the Council pile. Other areas are left for months on end. Which includes Churchill Gardens ... Unlucky as it's top of the pile for bin emptying. It must be different departments involved ...

I thought that about a week ago .... email the WMP press office?

So do the old tenants get a new house type house? (as opposed to a flat) .... Just asking as I don't know all the ins and outs of what has possibly been arranged ..... ?

Eric Pickles (Govt. Communities Minister) pledged 2 years ago that a weekly rubbish collection was a 'fundamental right'. The promises have unravelled ... I know the link is from the Daily Mail, which I'm no fan of, but they outline some basic facts that appear to be true ...

I had my green wheelie bin emptied on 12th December and it was next emptied on 9th January. The Council seem to be caught out by Christmas. Imagine if that was a black wheelie bin and you were stuck with the rotting contents for nearly a month. And it would probably include the remains of a turkey carcass and probably some smelly fish as well. And if you got some really young kids' then a good few nappies that you could end up smelling the other end of the street. And if the lid was ajar then the cats will be getting in ...
