The applicant here is Agnieszka Gizak which sounds Polish to me. Wouldn't it be a bit strange for her to team up with Kurds? Anyhow ..... HSklep Ltd. changed it's trading address from Office 2, 13 Wilson Chambers Hereford to 22, Eign Gate, Hereford on 10.02.16. This is the Kubus shop. Zabka is No.16 Eign Gate.

Should David Cameron be the only to be put under this type of scrutiny?
Roger replied to Denise Lloyd's topic in Open Forum
There's potential double tax evasion with cash in hand jobs. The Govt. won't get the 20% VAT and if the money doesn't go through the books the tradesman won't pay income tax on it. Anyhow this is the event today that the BBC have been very reluctant to report on ... -

I hope Chris reports back that he has reported the two potential criminal outfits to the proper authorities. Not because I am vaguely interested in those outfits. But because I'm interested in Chris. He seems to be tolerant of local tax evasion for the reasons he gave. -

I held out for a good long stretch but your forensic probing has exposed me as the fantasist that I am. -

With respect I'm not vaguely interested in that non story. You are obviously swept up into this local Political bubble which includes concealing concerns about potential tax evasion for your own altruistic reasons! Which is obviously a bit 'lefty'. Have you reported this potential criminal activity? You are a Councillor and I'm a bit surprised you are sounding off on here! The story here is not about tax evasion. t's about hypocrisy and a lack of transparency. The money sums exposed so far are so small as to fall off the radar. -

Downing Street Protest Attracts Attention Of Anarchist Group Class War The event has attracted the attention of anarchists. The Metropolitan Police say that appropriate plans are in place ahead of a protest outside Downing Street due to take place on Saturday. Facebook events for the Panama-themed demonstration show over two thousand people as attending, including the singer Lily Allen, inspired by the Panama Papers revelations. Abi Wilkinson, one of the events organisers, said: “We’re hoping to have a fun, tropical party vibe and to get ordinary people out rather than committed activist types.†Huffington Post I'm almost tempted to go! I like parties! I don't think the BBC will feature this near the top of their news bulletins .... -

There's only one PM at Westminster and that post should be under the microscope 24/7 by our free press/media. The post is occupied for the time being by the ultra slippery David Cameron who demonstrates his honed slipperiness skills at every PMQ's where, if he doesn't like the question, he'll bat it off by reeling off some facts/figures that promote his cause. Corbyn then gives in is the usual outcome. It took 4 days of intense scrutiny to drag some historical info out of him about his offshore financial affairs. Information he knew was toxic/dynamite or he would have spat it out on Monday after the #PanamaPapers story broke. Instead he ordered his flunky's to trot out half baked/half truth stories that, in his own mind, he was convinced would make the press pack clear off. Obviously it made matters worse! If Cameron is economical with the truth in one area he would be quite prepared to to repeat it elsewhere. Like, for instance, the Remain Campaign that he leads. He only feeds the serfs the information that fits his own agenda. For instance he never seems to be in too much of a hurry to explain why the official immigration figures are dwarfed by the number of new National Insurance numbers issued to new arrivals. I wonder why that is? The IN/OUT referendum campaigns (for his part Cameron says he will play fair) are limited by law to a capped £7 Million budget per side which applies in the immediate period in the run up to the actual vote. Cameron didn't really want that fair fight so he moved the goalposts, for his side only, by giving his team £9 Million extra, for leaflets, which would circumvent the rules if it was spent just before the official campaign started. So Cameron needs to be watched like a hawk. -
This premises is applying for a booze licence ..... Application Hours applied for are 0800 - 2200 7 days a week ..... Address is 22 Eign Gate ....

The Barry Beavis case moved the goalposts with private company parking tickets. I've had two Corporate Services tickets in Hereford and shredded them both. Heard nothing more. But what if they issued a County Court summons for this car park on the back of the ruling I've linked to?

Maybe the people who had their own morning screwed around, because of the incident, deserve to know? Why was he up there then? You obviously know. You are obviously a troll trying to pursue some sort of agenda to stir some sort of pot. The point being made is that high profile media stories break with a tag line of 'more details soon when we have them ....' and then there is actually no update arriving ..... The front page 'H T' story about armed raids the other week took about 3 weeks to get an update. What about the Whitecross double rapist suspect who got dragged in and then no update? Presumably it was all pretty obvious what happened to him. Perhaps you can tell us? -
I saw a FB post going on about this from a person who uses one of the car parks. She was suggesting that the car parks are never full. It seems the bureaucratic signs have gone up in order to solve a problem that doesn't exist.

I thought I'd share an offer I saw there last night. Burgers cost £1 but if you buy 2 you get both for £2.

I dispute that. Give me an example. No one knows why the guy was on the roof! -

biggish story .... No updates ..... From the H T or WMP ..... Story breaks and you might get an update in about a month. Total joke! -
The referendum was offered as a 'carrot' in the last Tory Manifesto in order to gather more 'swing' voters' .... To get another five year term. I doubt there was anyone thinking in their outfit that (with that bold promise) they would ever be likely to lose it. I doubt anyone at Tory HQ was thinking of an exit strategy. They just wanted to get another five years .....

The 'parking' is the Council. They were negligent with the parking order (in fact there is no order ~ as alluded to by you) so it's a free for all in the area quoted.. If people squeeze in and park on the pavement then that's an obstruction. That's the cops job. Shop fitters have a job to do and parking on the pavement is in their job description so most people would live with that. If people want to move off early from their free parking slot outside the Imperial (like the Audi mentioned) then they can't. It's a pedestrian zone until 16.30. Cops have control over that. If cyclists want to please themselves by trundling about in various directions in the controlled zone then that's the cops to sort out. The Police beat manager for that problem is Keith Ramone (WMP Website) and the Council guy is Councillor Rone I believe. Those people should probably be meeting. However I know that Keith is hobbling around at the moment with a broken leg and is out of action. Perhaps one of his supervisors could pull their finger out to address your concerns?

In fairness the Govt. position is to remain in. And they were elected with a majority by us. I would love to know what the Polish dentist thinks that I'm aware of ~ she has lived with her family around the corner from me in Moreland Avenue for the last ten years or so. I doubt she is any sort of burden on our society and she is actually enhancing it. If she had letters thru her door suggesting she needs to get a visa or persuading her to change her Nationality I'd be pretty disappointed.

I don't think it's practical, or indeed very fair, to clamp down on 2 or 3 million EU nationals who are already here and who've come over perfectly legally. I think we'd have to bite the bullet and accept they're here. That said I would tell the EU people that if they left the Country then they (and their family) would need to apply for a visa which would let them back in. I would set the qualifying bar to get such a visa quite low. But I wouldn't give one to someone who's been racking up multiple convictions here. Also EU people who got arrested for new crimes I would suggest should have their status here reviewed on a case by case basis. Throw out anyone who met certain criteria.

My son knows every last detail of my financial situation. I would suggest our PM knows exactly what is going on in his family finances. To include his wider family to an extent ~ he's not the daftest person on the Planet is he? When his dad died how much money did he get from funds that had been squirreled away that never paid any tax? I'm not suggesting anything has been illegal.

Looking further at the website that the 'Event' is published on the sub section that hosts the 'attraction' has hosted no events (that have happened) this year. The Hereford event is the first date for this year. Website You may need to toggle around the website as it's 'basic'. But look under 'attractions' ....

I think the final nail went into our EU membership today. Guardian reporting Cameron has risen to where he is on the back of donors' who have cash stashed 'offshore' ....
-
Going back to the topic title I think Cameron (who heads the IN campaign) will have to take some damage here with Public Confidence with his family involved in what some people would call 'scams'. There has to be a 'knock on' factor with the EU vote due to him getting some #panamapapers mud arriving his way which will stick.

Looking at the figures projected the maximum customer revenue they could take is £3200. The slide is 152 metres long. In my own mind I just don't envisage it will resemble a St. Moritz style bobsleigh run. I can just see this going the same way as the Winter Wonderland style fake snow events (with smoking Elves) and, indeed, our very own sausage and cider fiasco ....

Just an educated guess. It's the weekend and social media will be all over it nearer the time.
