I am sure I asked questions about bullying or the IT scandal at the time when John Norris first posted this topic and I am sure his response to me was that he was going to get Liz Harvey on the case! Only I just read a post on IOC facebook page where Liz Harvey tells a poster she knew nothing about this scandal? So Mr Norris did you ask the Councillor? Because she claims you didn't? Why tell us you're going to do something and then not do it? I also recall saying something to the effect of ' they will reign you in!' which I think you denied at the time? Come on Colin find those posts please my memories not what it used to be! I do remember the new Councillors baptism of fire all geared up to take on the world only to disappear in the blink of an eye!

Whist I realise this whole saga is not in the least bit funny! I have just looked on the Councils Facebook Page and saw the following quote, I confess it's the funniest thing I have seen in a while! In response to Stoptober the smoking campaign a witty poster took the opportunity to use the post to highlight bullying by posting the following! I think this should be our mantra!! Stop bullying your most vulnerable employees now. Studies show that you are four times more likely to be able to quit bullying if you sack the Directors and Senior Managers responsible. Harry you're a legend!!

Page 72 of the Councils Statement of Accounts shows how much money was paid to the Director of Customer Services for Loss of Office. To date no one has ever figured out how to play Council Math even the Mighty Megilleland is constantly stumped and he's one of the Voices greatest minds! Well done Megilleland and once again Glenda was proved right! The Council will plough on regardless, they are far too conceited to listen to anyone else's opinions! Hoople, Futures, Balfour Beatty and the recent Customer Service IT systems were all mistakes they were told about but they wouldn't listen! Extortionate amounts of money have been seriously wasted purely because they think they know better! Who exactly does have the ear of the Council, the Consultants, the Directors or the Senior Mangers? It's certainly not the front line staff, if they open their mouths they are victimised and labelled a trouble maker as in the case disclosed on another thread!

Can't wait to see the response from the Council Solicitor? Why exactly do we pay Councillor Johnson if he can't even respond to an email!? I heard the Chief Executive doesn't respond to emails either, hasn't he recently been accused of not answering an email from Bill Wiggins about HUFC? I wonder if it's in Bill Normans job description Must be able to respond to emails for the Council Leader and the Councils Chief Exec!

The following Statement was made by Tony Johnson on Herefordshire Councils Facebook page last night. If you have any doubt whether Tony was telling the truth then check out the above posts, Directors Structure 2013 and Directors Salaries 2014. The response is to a question about reducing the Salaries of top earners! I did not personally stop any motion, that can only be done by the full Council. The pay levels of middle and senior managers are comparative to other councils and are set by our employment panel which comprises of a cross party group. Over the last 18 months we have seen a number of reductions in the number of senior manager and director posts. (TJ)

Yes TWG it would appear so, they are about to swell the ranks with recently advertised posts, and these are only people earning £70 thousand plus! There are dozens earning below that threshold on £40 k and upwards which are new posts and posts that received wage increases in the restructure. You would think with all that expertise they could manage to respond to letters sent to the Chief Exec (the invisible man) who incidentally has not been seen for over 6 months! Didn't finish work in time to watch the Q&A live but I have read through the threads, it's not easy to follow! TJ as he's now calling himself was evasive as always, commenting that the Councils Directors were doing a great job almost had me choking on my tea! He really has no idea, maybe he is having trouble seeing through all that wool pulled down over his eyes! You haven't reduced the number of Senior Managers TJ they've just changed their titles, are you really so sure they are doing a great job?

There is a Q&A on the Councils Facebook page with Cllr Johnson between 6-7 pm this evening, whilst it's not possible to comment without a Facebook it might be interesting to follow!
