Adrian can anybody out of the "parish" attend? Amanda I will address my comments to you (I consider you to be leader of this particular pack). Have you or JLP contacted the local branch of CPRE I think the chairman is Richard Williams. They are already no doubt preparing their letter. They do submit amazingly well researched objections the last one that really made a difference was the PA for 90 or something houses at Belmont Golf Club area. The downside is like every other organisation they are permanently looking for funds. Naturally as more and more PA's are submitted so they are more and more needed. Tracy B and David S apologies I will work out what you look like and won't make the same mistake again!

Ah thank you RR that now makes more sense to me. I could not work out how HC could turn the PA down in Kings Acre Road because of the emerging Western Relief Road and the Church Commission proposed PA was making reference to it.

Yes such a shame none of the new Ward Councillors showed their faces - oh forgive me if they were quietly skulking there but I don't think so. Well done Glenda and Adrian they so could easily hang their boots up now but no they are still at it and very much up with it - good. This is not a time for politics. Amanda don't worry we all do things that we wish we could have done differently. I hope somebody will be able to answer my question in my previous post.

Indeed I was I too was there. I would not like to guess which people you both matched because I have no idea! Rockfield Rodent I did not see anybody who looked like a ratt and Greenknight I did not see anybody capable of carrying such armour. Anyway very poor turn out even from IOC people they need to sort that else it will sink. I had a look last night to find it but I am sure whether it is under English Heritage or where. Please could somebody tell me what road was Anthony P referring to when he said there is nothing in the Council papers right up to 2040.

So there is every likelihood they will get planning for this - nobody else has stepped forward to take it on. There will be the Conningsby Street premises/The Forge (Marion Fathers premises) and this one - none of which will be paying business rates or tax(I think). These are just the ones we know of ! That amounts to a lot of loss of revenue for the Council obviously not the tax but the business rate issue. Strange that none of them actually crawl out from their version of the bible to defend their heap but there again us moaners are just small fry compared with these property magnets. Oh of course there will be the burger bar in OLM I expect they too will be exempt.

I absolutely agree Cloudberry I would like to hear the true cost of the road including CPO's everything. I would also like to hear material planning considerations for objecting to the PA. We know that it is to build many houses but is that a material planning consideration? I actually do not think it is. I wonder if any of the newly elected Ward Councillors will be putting in an appearance. Oh Amanda I have actually heard you speaking and you are an excellent public speaker.

Well Greenknight it is comforting to see Hereford CITY Council have objected to the extra 10 houses and ALSO to this PA must have a look who is on the City Council who is at last showing some sense. Gladmans only secure the site for planning and then they move on to another "victim". They also only charge if they have gained planning permission they are ruthless. The developers rule as I have said in a previous post. It would be encouraging if a law was introduced that if developers who get planning permission then sit on the site to manipulate the housing market are compelled to pay a penalty for each day that they do not start work. There are no end of sites in the country where the deveopers are sitting waiting and manipulating the housing market. They rule and it should be stopped forthwith!

Proportional growth is what is needed and I think most people would settle for that. People including me are just overwhelmed with the speed that everything is being pushed through. Core strategy aims for at least 16.5k houses by year 2031 not immediataely. That equates to 1000 per year and that figure could quietly get absorbed throughout a year. Not rocket science . This is exactly where this Council is letting it's folk down by not controlling the growth and having not put in place a housing supply land list and not being 100% honest and transparent in their dealings.

By the time a PA gets to the public consultation so much has already gone on and yes I suspect that this was just a box ticking exercise like they all. The people that are put in to answer the questions raised by the public do not know the area so when alternatives are suggested they just give that disinterested nod and so it goes on. Developers rule.

The Planning Office are way behind on posting represetations onto the website. At present there is a 14 to 21 day delay before reps are posted.

Not a solar panel to be seen. Somewhere in some planning blurb I read that a certain percentage of new houses should now be built with solar panels and water butts. I still miss the old flats just because they held so many stories of life gone by.
