Hereford Tip - I am surprised that there is not more fly tipping!
ragwert replied to Colin James's topic in Open Forum
You will be surprised at just how much fly tipping there is Colin. I'm possibly going to court as a witness to the fly tipping at a certain location in Hereford that has already had six people caught& fined for dumping. I was asked to clear dumped rubbish and found plenty of evidence as to who the rubbish belonged to,one had the rubbish removed by someone advertising on facebook and the other was dumping a huge amount of rubbish from clearing a house. He denied dumping the rubbish but was caught because he was using a company van that has a tracking device fitted showing him going from the house to the dumping location on six occasions late at night. . -

This is pretty incorrect. It's based on 6 million comparison quotes when there are well over 30 million insured cars on the road in the UK. -

I came out after 9 days of intravenous drip three times a day for a serious blood infection caught after surgery I was told to get a blood test done on a Wednesday.Rang up and could not get one until Friday eve then waited until Monday for results....Which was too late. My blood clot on lung had developed into an abcess filling my plural cavity with 2 litres of fluid. Spent the next eight days in hospital again having intravenous drip & a metal tube put into lung cavity so it could drain. My experience after coming out and having to book blood tests was shocking with doc surgery telling me on many occasions it would be over a week to get one.I then asked to book a blood test through Taurus and could get one done pretty much the next day. I'd say to anyone wanting to book an appointment ask if you can book through Taurus

Happy new year to you all....It's getting worse Bobby. Government has entrusted part of their ferry service to a firm without any vessels. Not only has Seabourne Freight no history of ferrying, they think ‘Brittany Ferries’ is a drag artist and Zeebrugge is a character from the ‘Magic Roundabout’.Grayling’s spokeswoman confirmed: ‘We had hoped to find a contractor with experience of crossing the Channel in difficult circumstances – but all of them were Iranian refugees’.

LONELY WOMAN RESCUED FROM DINGHY HEADING AWAY FROM DOVER A lonely woman has been rescued from a dinghy in the English Channel, unusually heading away from Britain. The woman, who would only answer to the name Theresa, was rescued off the coast of Dover at 4am on Saturday. A spokesperson for the Foreign Office said: “The Border Force was contacted by maritime colleagues early on Saturday 16 December. A Border Force cutter and an RNLI lifeboat were deployed to assist the dinghy, and they were surprised to find just one middle-aged, grey-haired woman frantically rowing away from Dover”. According to the BBC, at least 135 migrants have entered British waters since November 3, but as far as the Border Force is aware, this is the first record of a well-dressed middle-aged woman, wearing designer shoes, trying to leave Britain by dinghy under the cover of darkness. “The woman was showing early signs of hypothermia as a result of being out in the cold for so long, but otherwise she was physically robust, but my staff were very concerned for her mental health,” said a Border Force officer. “She was uttering, ‘when will this ever end? Why can’t they listen to me? My deal is the best deal possible. Nebulous? I’m not nebulous. I told them, again and again, and still they hate me…’” When Border Force offices offered to bring the woman back to the UK, she seemed increasingly stressed and anxious. “No, no, no”, she said, “Leave means leave, I must leave, I must leave. Let me be clear. No deal for is better than a bad deal I’m a bloody difficult woman. My boat is strong and stable, let me go. They said we have to leave, they all hate me, they hate me… must leave, must leave, repeat mode, malfunction, malfunction, malfunction…”
