    It was the same when I lived up the farm for 14 years. I used to overtake the rat runners down by Oval and pop out the other side of road most days.

    Looking at the plans it looks like a restaurant/takeaway.pedestrian walkway from unit to car park.starbucks I think burger king and Starbucks are associated.as we now have no Starbucks I can see it being here too

    Would it not have been a good idea to either convert/ demolish once empty the police station or even the bus station and that God damn awful old Cinema night club once relocated.

    Wondering that too.Harpers are building the retail/restaurant etc and Herefordshire Council are using keepmoat to build the homes. The right hand unit is a restaurant/takeaway.Could we be seeing a Burger King?
