    Well I won't be climbing any more ladder s on phase 2...Day 3 in hospital after i fell off one at work on Thursday and nearly killed myself

    Looking like Newtown Road will be reopened next week as they are ahead of schedule. Resurfacing of the roundabout/Newtown Road is being done next Monday & Tuesday 6am-7am.Road closed in both directions.

    After a closer look at part of the City wall by Trekkit I am utterly shocked at the state it is in. Huge cracks have developed from root damage in various parts of the wall. This needs urgent attention.

    Swings n roundabouts really.Pretty sure I saw the shop next to golden galleon having a new sign put up Also walking past the old TSB in St Peter's Sq it looks like some kind of women's fashion shop is about to open. The Chadds store will be retail on ground floor with residential above. Also Mobens in Commercial St,RSPCA shop in Commercial Rd,Vintage Couture,Le Madeline in Church St & bloom in St Owens St have all been let.

    After many many years being empty the Chadds store in Commercial Road has been sold.

    I have heard this was closed due to personal reasons and had nothing to do with trade or rates/rents

    They are using the latest tech in traffic light management which will not work properly until the ground sensors are installed after the road is resurfaced

    Looking a bit further into this I can only find references to the road being finished at the end of the year....So December.

    Anyone else find it absurd that Herefordshire Council planning committee refused permission for the wall painted sign below? The reason for refusal makes a shameful laughing stock of everyone on that committee that refused it.

    Carp & their family members Goldfish are used as a natural way to rid ponds of most types of weed especially duckweed. Maybe an introduction of these fish into the pond will help with duckweed control.

    Its easier to go down a4103 towards starting gate over roundabout to Old School Lane,down Kingsway,over bridge into Widemarsh Street

    Roads not being closed,they will have a convoy system in place. On another note have just cycled past the road works on Newtown Rd,not a single worker to be seen

    Why not do what everyone else is doing and going down perseverence road then going through the narrow bridge.
