Looking at the story about the toilets being demolished they have another 3 years building

They actually can't build them quick enough.As soon as the base goes down they're sold which brings up the debate on affordable housing.My neice and her husband have been saving for a deposit for four years and are hopefully going to buy one on this site very soon....Their worry is will there be any left .

Seriously Adrian they ain't a bunch of travellers with a load of tarmac on the back of their waggon.I'd rather see local people getting work from projects like this.

I could bang on all day as to how we could vastly improve traffic flow & the Cities road infrastructure.Like everything else no one takes a blind bit of notice.Agree with you that the by pass won't help,seems pretty obvious to me it won't but Hereford will and has always grown,more people are born than die,more people need homes,jobs.Most will buy a car and join the rest of us in the traffic q's.If they are to build these houses and I think they will all 1,200 of em then we will need this by-pass to help alleviate the congestion.Doing nothing is not an option,nor is building a bloody railway to Rotherwas.

Will make little difference to the plan for a by pass.The new housing Estate in Three Elms cannot go ahead without it

I heard Malvern Tyres complained so they took it down. Wonder if they remove the Road closed sign & replace it with the Widemarsh St closed after Wicks sign at the front as it should be..

Why do companies like Griffiths get things so wrong? Widemarsh Street is one way again today with some new signage..But its still not right They seem to have got the message that it would be a good idea to have the road open up to the roadworks so they have had a sign made stating Widemarsh Street closed after Wicks which is brilliant but its 30ft down from signs saying ahead closed diversion. All it needed was a sign saying Access only road closed after Wicks.
