My missus reported the owner of this store some 5 years ago after seeing him giving a load of alcohol to two kids at the back door,looks like nothing has changed

Seems to me that everything is run by incompetent idiot pen pushers sat behind desks who are actually clueless to what happens in the real world. All our Councillors who have any dealings with planning side of Herefords road infrastructure are included. I'd like to know from ANY of these Councillors why NOTHING is being done to the inner cIty road network to alleviate at least some of the traffic problems motorists face nearly every day. The dire problems with traffic lights that snarl up traffic that should never have been installed in the first place & the lack of simple roundabouts that could of done a better job. I have seen a post somewhere that Herefordshire council pay the highways agency some 10-15k every year for the maintenance of Herefords SCOOT traffic light system,something that has never worked for some 14 years.

I think People caught using a mobile phone should have a min 12 month ban.

Looks like this incident with the bus was a separate incident to the Lorry.

Just come back from my lads new gaff.Came down Edgar Street & armed police have stopped a car.Two officers with hand gun & SA 80 pointed at a bloke sitting in his car.

Accident involving yeomans bus by Newmarket roundabout has blocked up the roads this afternoon. My mother in law was on the bus and is pretty shaken up.the salvation army lady that sits outside butter market was thrown out of her seat and has been taken to hospital.

We also need some paint for the many non existent road markings. Good to see they have finally sorted out the two mini roundabouts at the top of Aylestone Hill to stop the idiots driving over them although some still do.

The riverside development would be a great idea & the hotel on racecourse.The skate park needs extending with more activities,rock wall climb centre etc.

Very much doubt Herefords M&S will close.Hereford still has one of the lowest percentages of empty shops in the UK.

Pretty much a pointless waste of time as there will always be empty shops.I'd rather see a topic that shows & promotes new businesses that have opened in the City to one that shout doom n gloom.

Traffic down here is horrendous since this was made a temporary one way with traffic backing up over Newtown bridge,Barrs Ct road bridge,up College Rd and all the way down Barrs Ct Road on a regular basis.Of course motorists like me could see this coming. No planning or thought what so ever has gone into this traffic nightmare.Who are these idiots? Main reason for the problem is the traffic lights in Blackfriars street.They need to be switched off or hoods put on the lights. I also noticed someone has removed the traffic cones up to Wicks today. This should not have been coned in the first place & it should of had an access only sign. No doubt they will be put back tomorrow morning.

I wouldn't say removing chimneys is vandalism.There would of been a fair few on this building and they can take up a lot of space inside buildings. More than likely removed & modernised in the 70's-80's to accommodate what it was going to be used for.
