Still being used by welsh water who own the land whilst they are doing the water mains renewal around the area. Gossip from the mother in law says it will be a car park area so must be true . Anyone who lives up this estate especially around Princess Ave,College Green & Kingsway who notice the constant morons who are speeding around the area,please take their reg numbers and report them to the police.

Apart from the crumbling facade of this building there is not very much to save.Many adaptions and extensions over the years make this building pretty much unviable to save.If it had all its original architecture & not have been hacked to death inside then I would be more than happy to see this building saved. It's also all very well for all of us living in our cozy homes to sit there and not think of the desperate plight of thousands of people,a lot of them homeless in Herefordshire on the waiting list for a place to live.This site will have upto 40 homes,all very much needed.

I think these lights have no road sensors so just run on a loop. The filter arrow for turning left into station approach has never worked.
