Possibility some are private as they used to sell garages connected to the sale of Council houses

Another pointless exercise by the Council & yet another pointless box ticking exercise for us When you have officers giving the OK to bright colors on grade 2 listed buildings you know they ain't got a clue.
-
Bit more flexible with inside a grade 2.they would only be concerned about alterations to the structure.
-
I want to know who the conservation officer is and also if they still have their job. The color of the spread Eagle was changed on a grade 2 listed building simply by looking at a color chart. It don't work that way, never has.

On most days you would think there is

Valid point, people who lived near the station would use it.What if you lived in Whitecross,Bobblestock,Newton Farm etc etc.Would you travel to the train station and park your car or catch a bus to train station then catch a train to Rotherwas?

Those 20p charges are for street parking. I'm sure that at the moment we have free on street parking in some areas around the City. If you look at Eastbourne Council web site for car park parking you pay £1.40 for the first hr.

I asked two brothers who both work at Rotherwas what they thought of the now defunct proposed railway connection. Neither knew about it and both said they would have no use for it.

A 9yr old boy hid in B&Q and waited for staff to lock up the store last night and was there until midnight. He spent his time rifling through drawers etc looking for money. Police were alerted when the alarm went off on a fire exit door. Police looked at the cctv and knew who the lad was.He had been at an activity over at the Leisure Centre.

Because it gives them the excuse they need to keep it closed permanently due to the fact they won't find the £1 million to do it

As of an hr ago I thought it had be repainted as the color of the pic below is lighter than in the original pic I took

To be fair Chris this happens on most roads around Hereford at peak traffic times.I could take you to Ledbury Road and watch mothers pushing their children across the road missing the crossing by Whittern Way by a mear 20ft.Also teaching their little ones how to cross the lights at the traffic lights whilst red man is on.Then there is Whittern Way,the rat runners favorite with most exceeding the speed limit in doing so.Same goes for Kingsway or should we call it the Kingsway M5,Sadly I can foresee a fatality on this road in the not to distant future.Yeomas buses,Royal mail,&motorcare amongst others who's managers ignore any complaints about the speed of their vehicles need talking to by the police. Also needed is the camera safety partnership speed trap vehicle put in places it is really needed not just the money maker roads like Ledbury Road,Three Elms Road etc.

This is Herefords problem,,always will that Highways England have to be consulted on every road restructuring.Done by people who don't live in the area and are oblivious to the dire traffic issues that affect people every day. May I remind you all that the new link road between Edgar St & Aylestone Hill will have yet more traffic lights at every single junction when in reality all that is needed are roundabouts.

There was an accident there last night when a car went into the back of one parked outside the co-op Also the traffic counter and excessive speed counters have also not been installed as were promised by Cllr Willcox

Missus just rang me.They were in the slip road to go to asda when an old lady in a small car came from Belmont Road into the slip road going past my missus by driving onto the grass turned left facing traffic and left again to go back towards Ross Road

Quite right too.Whoever in the planning dept told them this colors OK needs to have an eye test because they must be color blind. There is a specific list of colors allowed in a conservation area or on a listed buildings and the blue they have put on the old Spread Eagle ain't one of them by a mile. The blue they are allowed would be Oxford or Cambridge blue
